How do i make an order using this website?

Simple, you just need to click the "add to chart" on the items you are interested in together with the quantities. We will immediately process your order and reply your email with the price quotation and the time estimation to prepare your orders.

How do i get the complete pricelists before i decide to make an order?

The complete pricelists details will be send to your email when you request it. Kindly send the request to our email address, then we'll send to you the details immediately. ( the pricelists details will be updated every week, because of the new items that we added everyday, so kindly request to us for the newest / updated one)

How long will it take to prepare my order?

The required time to prepare your order will depend on types of the ordered items and their availabilities in our stocks. If the ordered items are available in our stocks, it will take a shorter time to prepare. Meanwhile, if the ordered items are unavailable in our stocks, it will take maximum 2-3 weeks to prepare.

How do I pay?

You may pay your orders using the following payment methods:

  • Telegraphic transfer via Bank (Wire Transfer)
  • By Paypal (Internasional payment with credit card)


What are the currencies accepted as the payment?

We accept any currencies as the payment, our bank will automatically convert your currencies to our Indonesian Rupiah.
